Susan Bates Silvalume Aluminum Crochet Hook for Yarn, Size E 3.5 mm

Complete everyday yarn projects with a Susan Bates Silvalume Aluminum Crochet Hook, a lightweight tool designed for smooth, controlled crocheting. Each hook undergoes a specialized anodizing process that removes surface impurities before it is heat-treated for strength and polished to a velvety finish, allowing yarn to travel comfortably along the shaft while loops are formed. The signature in-line head aligns the hook, throat and shaft to support uniform stitch formation, controlled yarn pickup and a consistent crochet gauge while helping reduce unnecessary wrist motion. Its familiar 5.5-inch profile is easy to maneuver when making garments, accessories, blankets, motifs and home décor. US and metric measurements identify the hook size, while color coding makes the required crochet needle easier to locate among other crochet tools and supplies.
